WANTED!!!!!!!! Have anyone seen these 2 DEVILS????



MR ANDRE PANG KOK FEI(CEO of Diagonal Consulting Sdn Bhd) and MR HENRY TAN(CFO of Diagonal Consulting Sdn Bhd)

WANTED!!! If anyone seen these 2 devils please report to the nearest police station! And if happen that these devils apply to work in your company or organization, please kick their ass out of the door coz they’ll cease your operations with immediate effect without proper notice and procedure!

These are the 2 monkeys that ran away (suspected to run with company's money and asset) and declared that Diagonal Consulting Sdn Bhd had ceased operations with immediate effect, September 12 2011 via email sent to emplyees' personal mail on September 11 2011. They have not follow the proper procedure of business termination as stated under Companies Commission of Malaysia rules and guidelines. Subsequently they have breached the Companies Act 1965(Act 125) and Companies Regulations 1966.

We have lodged a police report and as this is a civil case, we're planning to appoint a lawyer to settle our compensation and rights. Their names have been blacklisted in the industries.

I wonder where they are now?? Don't tell me they're having fun at Hawaii beach with the money!! Bloody stupid monkeys!

Lesson learnt - You'll know it's time to move when many people left, no new staffs coming in, keep hiring freshies(much cheaper),terminate or freeze contractors, changing server to local,seldomly update company's status,group of outsiders coming in and out having discussion with CEO and CFO,keep on telling employees "we're doing fine" , "more projects coming in"... which actually..BULLSHITS!!
