It's a unique date to me. This is the date where a big disaster once happened in US, and now after 10 years, the disaster repeated but to our company. Today, Diagonal Consulting Sdn Bhd was just a memory to all of employees who once serving for the company's businesses and clients. Shocking came when we check our personal mailbox on Sunday Sept 11, where CEO's email received informing that company ceased operations with immediate effect. Bigger shock came on Monday Sept 12 where the CEO and CFO were uncontactable and to be believed ran away with company's asset and cash.

Thanks and congratulation to all of us for being together and supporting each other. Diagonal was a beautiful place where it was full of joy, place to share happiness and pain and it was a place where we've built a strong relationship between each other. That day, we proved everything. Some of us already signed offer from other company but yet unhappy and postpone the start date just to stand with the rest, share the feeling, help them finding other jobs and of course to find justice! Some others were liaising with investor to absorb Diagonal's employees into their company. Even we know their main intention is to get Diagonal's clients to continue business with them, it was not a big matter as long as all of us guaranteed for job with better package.

Monday Sept 12.. i suppose to come to office to submit my resignation letter but this thing happened. It's no longer needed and by right i should be happy because at least i've already got other job with another MNC company from Denmark. Unfortunately no, i was not happy. I have many great friends there which i don't know what would happen to them next. How could i be happy??

Then few arrangements has been done with investors and we've been targeted by head hunters and other companies which looking for SAP Consultants. Our phones were kept on ringing and we're very busy answering their calls and emails. I felt like there're more options and offers after this thing happened compared to when we're still under a company :-) At the end we're confused and don't know which one to choose. Now i'm happy because i know there are so many opportunities for all of them. I myself also consider other offers even i've already got one :-)

As for the CEO and CFO case, we've lodged a police report, appointed a lawyer and referred the case to responsible ministry dept. We're working as a team to get these two bloody stupid monkeys down!

Now i'm free. Very free..first time i have time like this since graduated! :-) Let’s enjoy and fully utilize this free time!!!! I’ll busy and headache with work again starting this coming Oct.....huhuhu..
